Thinking

I starting watching The Glass Menagerie in my Introduction to Literature Class and didn't get to watch much of it so today after class i went to the library to took the movie out to watch the rest of it cause i really dont like watching only half a movie...i have been wondering since thursday about this movie. It just got over and i do believe that even though it is a really old movie and old movies aren't really my type to watch, i would recommed it to anyone to see. Katherine Hepburn did an amazing job as the mother. Any movie that i have seen her in, she has always been able to play the role seemily without difficulty.

  1. If you enjoyed this one you may like others by Tennessee Williams. Try Cat on A Hot Tin Roof or A Streetcar Named Desire maybe? :)

  2. I love old movies, it is nice sometimes not to wonder how they did something, or how the graphics in the movie are so complex. Sometimes I think it is very relaxing to watch old movies, I'll have to look into this one...

  3. I agree that Hepburn really nails Amanda in this movie! Her portrayal makes it hard to believe that Amanda could be any other way...
